The University of Maryland Center for Restorative Change advances social justice through mutually transformative community-university partnerships that promote well-being, self-determination, and collective power.

As the community outreach arm of the University of Maryland School of Social Work, it leads initiatives including Positive Schools Center, Promise Heights, Family Connections, The Rise Family Support Center, and B’More for Healthy Babies, combining education, research, and community engagement to strengthen Baltimore neighborhoods.
